Tier 1 Dependent Applying ILR

I am on tier 1 since 2009. My wife joined me on May 2010 as Tier 1 dependent visa granted on April 2010. I am planning to apply for ILR based on 10 years stay on Sept. this year.

So my question is if I been given ILR on Sept this year, does my wife need to change her visa using FLR (M)? And when she will be quilifying for ILR?
