if their children were born in the EU

Post by abhimanyu11 » Tue Mar 08, 2011 9:21 pm

Hi,
Some useful information.
08 March 2011
The court delivered a judgment in the case involving Belgium, which precludes any EU member state from refusing residence and the right to work, if their children were born in the EU.
The Irish Immigrant Council has welcomed the ruling and says that parents of Irish born children who have already been deported from the state, must now be allowed to return.
