upper tribunal (visitors appeal)

Post by snow » Sun Mar 13, 2011 12:25 am

Hi all

**I need advice if your appeal is refused at first -tier tribunal and have given right to appeal at upper tribunal and incase if we fail in upper tribunal do we need to give any cost or compensation to homeoffice.
**Can the sponsor represent at upper tribunal or need to hire solicitor.

any advice appreciated.

Thank you

1) No

2 The sponsor can represent at the upper tribunal.

On what grounds are you applying for permission to appeal? You have to show there is a material error of law.
