Hi all,

would anyone be able to suggest a reliable solicitor that i consult regarding my tier1 refusal. My case was rejected with a bizarre reason, where HO stated that I have not given evidence that accountant is a registered one, albeit I have given the accountant registration number and it can easily be verified against ICAI database.

My employer is asking me to move to another location which i am happy to, but then if this case is straight forward (as i see it) I should challenge HO for their incorrect decision

Theye are very good. Ask for Magdalena Makulska or any one else also. The whole firm is very good.
