ILR application by post

Post by Cosmos » Sun Mar 13, 2011 5:07 pm

Hi there

As the new 2011 fees for ILR application in person seen a lot high, we are deciding to send application by post but just wanted some thoughts to see if our case looks quite straight forward or it doesn't and if based on that is and not complicated case, how long should it take please?
I've been on a work permit for 4 year and 4 months, same employer.
No long absences or holidays.
No convictions or anything.
No public funds claimed.
2 dependants: Husband and son.
LITUK test passed already.

Many thanks

Thank you Sushdmehta, these links are very useful but I also wanted to get an opinion on how easy or difficult could look my case considering the features I mentioned below, do you think is straight forward enough?
