Processing times

Hello please could somebody give me an idea of how long it may take to process a settlement visa for my friend's elderly parents. They are from (and in) Pakistan and the application was submitted about a week ago.

I understand that it can be difficult to 'guess' timelines, but assuming that the application is straightforward does anybody have an idea of how long a wait we can realistically expect.
