Tier 1( G) Extention Earnings (self employed LTD Company)

Post by sahil20174 » Mon Mar 14, 2011 2:43 pm

Hi

My Tier 1 General extention is due on AUG 2011. I am planning to show my income from 2 sources

1) Salary - Working in retail
2) Self employed ( Limited company)

but my limited company accounts will be due to HMRC on SEP 2011 and my visa extention is in Aug 2011.

How can i show my company accounts to Home office in AUG 2011 without closing for the current financial year 2011 ?

Your valuable replies will be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Why can't you take Dividends out of your company's profits ? It will be easier for you.

You can take dividends at any time provided your accountant can calculate how much money is available (ie, need to keep money in the business account for taxes, expenses, salary, etc).
