28 Days' Rule for Citizenship Application?

Post by eva82me » Tue Mar 15, 2011 9:12 am

Hi all,

My husband was granted ILR last year on the 14th June. He is planning to apply for the citizenship soon.

I was wondering whether it's ok for him to send out the Application form 28 days before the 14th June this year.

Any advices?

Thanks!

No 28 days rule for Citizenship and your husband need to complete exactly 1 year after getting ILR
