Tier-1 Dependent Cancellation Process

Hi Friends,

Does anyone knows the process of cancellation the dependent Visa process by Main applicant.

Let say Dependent got Visa outside the UK and he/she has not entered in UK on that Visa and Main applicant is already on UK so how can he/she cancel the dependent Visa.

You cannot have a visa "cancelled". You may however inform UKBA / issuing diplomatic post that you no longer wish to sponsor the individual as your dependant.

Whether the visa is curtailed / cancelled / left unchanged is for UKBA to decide.
