Doubts regarding the HSMP form

While filling the revised HSMP form, I had a few doubts:

1. Should we fill the details in the softcopy and then print or print the form and manually fill details on the hardcopy?

2. For each scoring section there is a field titled "Your Score". Should we fill this or it is for the case worker? I ask this as there are also check-boxes provided for the applicant to select the points in each cateory. One more point that is confusing is that for some sections, this field is under the column titled "HO use only". But for e.g. the Work Experience section there is no such column.

3. I am assuming that the irrelavant sections should be left unfilled.

Any clarification appreciated.

1. You can do either way.

2. Yes, you should write your claimed score in each field in each category.

3. Pretty obvious, do not wrtie any thing in "HO use only" coloumn.
