ESTA application *bug* - please help!

Hello.

I was applying for ESTA for my Daughter who is coming up to 3, UK Citizen. On the payment screen my computer crashed. I have the reference # for the application but when I attempt to retrieve it the system says:

"No Application Found"

I have also clicked the option where I enter the passport number, family name, birthday, and again nothing is found. I then reapply and the system churns out the following message:

"Unable to Process Application: Another application with this passport information already exists."

I am due to travel on 11th May and I need to pay for my Daughter's ESTA.

I cannot find any email address on the website for support.

Any ideas please? Can I pay by other means? OR should I wait 7 days and hope the application is deleted due to non-payment?

OK, I resolved it by closing my broswer and then reapplying; made the payment. (I received the same reference #)
