spouse Qualification + living together points

Post by mallikz » Wed Jun 21, 2006 6:02 pm

Hi,

Can I provide original letter from Singapore immigration dept (my wife's name was printed on that letter as dependent to me) that my wife is with me as dependent, to get 10 points? (we lived in Singapore for 1 year)

Also I got stampings on her and my passport for the period mentioned in the above papers. As a proof can I give xerox copies of the PP stamping?

Any good suggestion are welcome.

In order to provide proof and claim the points you need

a) Marriage Certificate

You then need to prove you have lived at least 2 years together. You need documents (3 or 4) with either or both your names on it received at the same address over a period of 2 years. The Singapore document by itself is inconclusive.
