Based upon what you post she appears to be an overstayer and if that is the case then yes, she is liable to deportation.Will immigration send her back to pakistan?

In a sense he has already done that. By this stage, ordinarily, he would have signed a form SET(M) confirming the marriage is on-going etc. Clearly that has not been done.How does my friend go about informing immigration as he no longer wishes to sponser her as she left him and doesn't want to stay with him anymore?
