do I need to carry the TB screening report?

This is an area for the discussion of matters related to issues about moving from one country to another. Examples could be about money transfer, moving and packing, validity of driving licence, etc..

It is not a general non-immigration, free-for-all area.

do I need to carry the TB screening report?

Post by vp77 » Sun Mar 20, 2011 3:10 am

Friends,

I am due to travel to UK from India on Tier 1 visa.

Since India is not listed as one of the countries from where UKBA needs a TB screening report as per the UKBA website, Do I still need to carry the TB screening report? Is it mandatory?

Pls advise.

No, you don't need to carry it. However, carrying a recent chest x-ray in your hand luggage may save you from being x-rayed at the airport.
