Past Earning

Hi All

I am in UK from last 12 months and i want to apply for HSMP.I am getting only living allowance which is net salary after tax.I am also getting payslip from the company which is only indication net salary.I can see that my net tax salary is equal or more than 40K gross salary as per UK tax sites but I want to undestand what is the way to show that?

Do you have a P60? Generally given after April for the financial year ending? It should detail your gross salary and taxes.

No,they are not giving us P60,that is the another problem

If they deduct tax from your salary they have no reason to hold your P60 form ?. You should question it why they do not give it to you ?
