PBS Caseworker Manual

Hi there,
Looking for the TIER 1 Caseworker Manual. I've got the HSMP one but looking for the TIER 1 and 2 or if available then the whole PBS. I probably could get them by requesting it under "The Freedom of Information Act" but I was wondering if it it's available publicly anywhere like the "HSMP" one. If anyone got any idea please reply. Would be much obliged.

If you get it under freedom of information act then kindly do pass that to me.

I would assume that u already have read the HSMP one. But in case if u not then the link is

Having read them I got an abstract picture of PBS one I would say but they are not exactly the same I would imagine.
