Can I apply for Tier 1 dependent after 6th April?

Do you foresee any issue with this?

I will be applying from inside UK.

Any expert opinion on this?

You may apply from within the UK only if the immigration rules allow you to.

Therefore "I am applying from inside UK" is not sufficient to provide "expert opinion" without knowing what your current immigration status is. If you are a Tier 2 migrant, as you claim in this post, you cannot apply from inside UK.
