Basically I am living in a council property with my disabled mum and sister and want to know if another person (my husband) living here, is recourse to public funds, we only intend to stay untill we find somewhere else, but that is proving difficult and wanted to know if the embassy will accept the first few months to stay here-there is enough room, but I really need to know if it is new recourse to public funds or any recourse that can be rejected-i.e-we would not need any extra public funds as we already occupy one?
