Extension Criteria for Tier 1

I have a approved Tier 1 (My visa was approved in Feb 2011)
is valid from March 2011 to Feb 2013)
and will be travelling to UK in couple of months

I am not aware of the extension criteria ? can someone please tell what is the extension criteria?

I'd suggest reading the UKBA website as a starting point and then post any queries you have
