I have been issues Tier1 General Migrant Visa in 2009 August and i wish to travel to UK now for the first time.
I got married last year and suppose to travel along with my wife, regards to that I initiated VISA formalities for her, But the Question hear is:
My wife is now Pregnant, If she conceive in UK will my new born baby get British Citizenship or any other process for Tier1 General Migrant Visa Holders.

The baby will not be British. You can apply for a Tier 1 dependent visa when she is born.

Hi Victoria,
can you add little bit more about baby's status once Mr. Srujan get ILR in future. At that time should he register baby as a british citizen (direct from Tier1 depended to british citizen) or he will have to first apply ILR for her as well along with him and his wife and then wait for an other year for british citizenship.

Once one of the baby's parents is granted ILR you can apply for registration as British immediately. There is no need to apply for ILR for the baby first.
