ILR Eligibility Check

Hi,

I eneterd UK on HSMP and now i am on Limited Leave to Remain in UK.

I am planning to apply for ILR in Jan 2013.

Can you please let me whether i am eligibile?

Date of Visa : 23-feb-2008

Date-Entered-UK: 25-Feb-2008

Went back to India on 11-March-2008

Rentered UK on : 05-May-2008.

Am I satisfying the 4 years 11 months requirement?
EC Applied Date : 16-01-2008
VFS Bangalore
BHC: Chennai
Integra: --No Idea When happened
Result : EC Stamped

give details of your visa? Limited leave to remain doesnt mean much without knowing your visa!

limited leave to remain until 23-Feb-2013.

I have extended my visa on 18-Jan-2010.

You are stil not saying what visa (i.e. WP / Tier 1) you have?

based on wha you are descbing you should qualify in Jan 2013 under current rules.
