if fail of permission of Court of Appeal

Hi,

Please somebody tell me, I am waiting for permission to Court of Appeal. I have head that the Treasury Solicitors did not want to settle and it has been passed to Judge.

I was wondering if I dont have permission for Court of Appeal, What kind of option I can have in further stage.

If somebody know, please let me know

Hi , if you go to court to appeal and it is refused , you could still have a chance to re-appeal but it is at the judges discretion. I think most people are given right to appeal to the courts,depending on why you were refused.
