Appeal from outside UK - queries

Hi! Friends please give me some idea how to extend the appeal deadline time me from outside the UK....my appeal documents are under process...i means my father is on the process of making new documents ...he told me that it takes around one month to be ready...if it takes one month to make documents...my appeal deadline time will reach.....My appeal goes for late appeal process so...im confuse what to do....

Received Refusal : 25 feb 2011
Appeal Deadline : 25 March 2011....

You should apply by the deadline and submit the documents later.

I think Greenie reckon you should send your appeal with what evidence you currently have. You can still submit the outstanding documents after you lodged your appeal. Check your Appeal form.

You may ask for more time to lodge your appeal, but you must contact the Tribunal. Check the website: http://www.tribunals.gov.uk/ImmigrationAsylum/.

sorry yes, I think I typed my other reply from my phone and it went all predictive text crazy on me...

I meant appeal by the deadline. Not apply.

Hi,

There was a post saying you appealed. You said there wasnt a response.

Dude, it can take up to three weeks to hear anything. If you dont get a response in three weeks then call them up. If they take ages you can complain.

I have send my appeal documents on 17 march 2011 by the help of DHL service....im from outside the uk...

It took almost 2 weeks for me to get the acknowledgement letter from Tribunal.
