Post by lukeadamson » Thu Mar 24, 2011 2:50 am

I am student studying at city of london college uk.

I am finishing my HND in Finance programme in August 2010.
My question is CAN I APPLY FOR PSW AFTER THAT AS PSW IS GOING TO CLOSE ON APRIL 2012.

Thanks

Higher National Diploma (HND) from a Scottish Institution
The qualification must be an HND it must be at level 8 on the Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework. The institution at which the applicant studied for his/her HND must be a Scottish institution. We will use the address of the institution to confirm this point.

In relation to an HND from a Scottish • institution, is a Scottish publicly funded institution of further or higher education, or at a Scottish bona fide private education institution which maintains satisfactory records of enrolment and attendance

I would argue you have to be physically in Scotland to gain points, as merely the intentions were to boost the population of Scotland not just providing incentive to Scottish Universities / College. Anyways there might be a way out ….
