how to apply for citizen ship after ILR

Post by mrsi » Fri Mar 25, 2011 3:50 pm

Hi My husband has nearly been here in uk for 3 years on spouse visa .he got his ILR in November2010 . and we are planning to apply for his citizenship in november 2011 as it will be his 3 years now my questions is

What are requirments for citizenship?
he is working fulltime but we are also getting housing benefits and work tax credit and child credit does it have any effect on the citizen ship ?

what is difference between naturalisation and citizenship and what are we required to apply for?

and what is Fee for applying ?

Thankyou for replying in Advance .

The guidance clearly explains what documentary evidence(s) are required.

One may claim any public funds that one is entitled to, without any influence on one's naturalisation application.
