What i need from accountant ? for self employed

NI Bill ( made a pament via online for most recent bil & will be recieving previous arrrears bill soon which i will have to pay online)

Letter from accountant stating Net amount i.e gross- expences

Trading account

I have my own invoices which i sent thru mail, so will just print the pdf.

What else do i need/ or am missing ? plz advice so that i can clarify t my accountant accordingly
