I've travelled a lot for business over the last two years.. (out of my country India) and the duration of these stays have been between 2-5 months..

Should I mention all these Hotel , Serviced Apartment Addresses and duration of stay in the Tier 1 form? (by taking photocopies of the page)

If I were to count it would be around 6-8 addresses in the past 2 years
