tier1 general closure uk

hi there,
just want to confirm,when tier1 general is closing from uk.Or it will remain open if you apply from in side uk?

Tier 1 (General) is now closed to applications from abroad wrote:Tier 1 (General) will remain open to applicants who are already in the UK until 5 April 2011.
