Hii Everyone,
Have been looking at this forum for a while and its quite helpful. However, I have a few questions now. Did go through the search option but could not find the answers to my hearts content. Would appreciate if somebody could take some time out and answer them.
A little about myself. Am on Tier 1 and extending the visa. Its expires on 6th June. Have earnings as salary and self employed. My questions are.
1. How early to apply so in case if there is a rejection we can reapply. Also, if I apply close to my visa expiry date and if my rejection comes after my visa expires, will I get the right to appeal? (Not trying to be pessimistic, just trying to cover as many bases as I can).
2. Also, I am earning my self employed money as a tutor. My students pay me in installments of 500 or 1000 depending on the course. So say if the course fees is 2000 and they have paid me 1000 pounds as the first installment. I am usually writing on the invoce that course fees is 2000 pounds and pending 1000 pounds. Is that the right way to do this or should I just make it with the amount received?
3. When I first applied my Tier 1, I used my bachelors degree from India, do I need to send any documents to claim my education points and english proficiency again?
Thanks for reading so far. If you could input your observation, I would be grateful.
