FOR SPOUSE VISA NON EU (ITALY)

Hi.
I am Indian citizen and not working just Studying. I have Permesso di soggirno for 1 year ( I WAS STUDIED 1year already now renewed for more 1year).
I need to join my wife now becose I don't know I can study here more about 3 or 5years. it's too long time for me without staying here my wife.
I don't have work. so it's possible to call my wife???
I talked to syndicaty they told me you need work and Salary sleeps (Busta paga). but I cant work I have to study lots.
please send me solution to join my wife.. I have residence also....
Because she have problem too staying in India without me..

There is no way your wife (she is Indian, I presume) can join you on a spouse visa unless you show enough finances for both her maintenance, and for your education. You will have to provide salary slips and a proof of income to do this.
