You can vary your application
vary your application
using form FLR(M).

Why did you apply on the basis of your marriage/relationship in the first place?

Have you continued with your studies?

Yes i have been studying during all my stay as student. The reason why i didnt apply yet was my wife didnt had indefinate leave to remain and i thought it might would be hard to get this way so i rather waited but now she got indefinate leave to remain.

Just need this last extension so that i can change my status but seems they know my intentions and puting me on hold...

its been five months and still waiting for my visa.

so you mean i can apply through FLR(M) while my tier 4 is pending. someone told me that there is a section 3C / 3D where you cant apply for change of status if you already have a pending application. these section applied on visit and study visas.

Need professional advice or if someone been through this situation.

para 3.2 of the second document explains it clearly.
