Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected very early on. As most time is spent for the application waiting to be assigned to a caseworker any "optimisation" by the applicant will only marginally effect individual processing times. Well organised application though would help the EEA team to streamline the process to some degree. This would also include to send off only relevant documents. Unfortunately, some appear to go by the rule the-more-the-better, either because of not understanding the process or simply of fear of being rejected. In sum, there is nothing really that an applicant can do to speed up the process.BenjaminWG wrote:I don't think there's much you can do to reduce the waiting time; however if you make 100% sure that your application is correct and fully completed, with all relevant documents included and dates clearly marked with a highlighter, etc. then they will at least be able to process it quickly when they get to it.
