Biometric not yet received

Hi All,
Please who has a clue or understanding on what can be done on this case.I applied for my Tier 1 visa and now its being 6weeks plus and I have not received my biometric letter.Please who can please advise!!!!!

Has your payment been processed yet? Have you recvd your application acknowledgment letter from Home office?

Thanks.Yes payment being processed 5weeks ago and my acknowledgement letter has also being received 4weeks back on the 25th .Please what can be advised..
