Danish green card

I just came across this and was wondering if anyone here has more information about this or applied for it.

Especially related to the educational qualifications. How do you differentiate between a Bachelors +1 year Masters and a Masters?
Also, the language requirements. Is knowing Danish a must as the part on that seems a bit ambiguous? It seems to mention English but doesn't list any points for just knowing English. Would appreciate any further insight on this?
