Tier1 general Age band Question

Hi Guys ,

I am applying for tier1 extension next week . My question is regarding claiming points for age..

my Date of birth is ( Jan , 1979) . So at Time of applicaiton next week , I will be 32 Years and 3 months old.

I got my inital Tier1 General visa on June 2008, so as per rules I should be claiming points based on below rules.
Can you please clarify which category I will belong to.. As I am 32 years and 3 months old , (do I fall in 10 points or 5 points)

Under 31 years of age: 20 points •
31 or 32 years of age: 10 points •
33 or 34 years of age: 5 points

U'll be sweet 32. If u dont believe , google age calculator.
Its nothing to do with months. Just pure year. Hop u got it.
