PSW application need advice

Post by searoze » Thu Mar 31, 2011 1:30 am

Hi Alls
1st of all thanks to all guys who help here for needy ppl.
Now my confusion

I have graduated (MSc) in Feb 2011 from a well reputed Uni in UK and I have received result, degree certificate and PSW Letter from Uni. My current student visa is valid til 4th July 2011.
My confusion is, should I apply for PSW before 5th April or in July 2011 when current visa is due to expire.
If I apply before 5th April, will I be considered under the current HSMP laws (if HO changes it on or after 5th April).

2nd Question is, If I visit my home country and come back before my student visa expires. are there any chances if I'll be questioned at my arrival back in UK ?
Any help will be appreciated
Best regards

Your choice.

"HSMP laws" apply to HSMP migrants only.

They have to be satisfied that you are still a student and your circumstances haven't changed, etc. (321A).
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
