latest tier 2 shortlist occupassion!!!

hi everyone;

just a quick question, im a telecomunication engineer and on psw which will expire by 2013 around, im a bit confuse, i havn't read any IT or telecommunication ( software engineers, developers, computer engineers, telecom engineers etc etc ) as a profession in this latest shortlist.? is tht true ? or they will fall in 'Design and development engineers' which description says " prepares working designs for steam, aero, turbine, marine and electrical engines, mechanical instruments, aircraft and missile structures, vehicle and ship structures, plant and machinery equipment, domestic electrical Spam and electronic computing and telecommunications equipment"
