Tier 1 Extension Question

Hi All,

I have applied for my initial HSMP on 29/01/2008 & received my HSMP approval letter on 27 feb 2008 (Thats the date on the HSMP approval letter).
I then applied for my Entry Clearance in India & received the date on Tier 1 Visa as 21 may 2008 to 21 may 2011 (3 years)

Now i have to apply for my extension But i am not sure in which category do i fall according to the link below....Because initially I probably was falling into the transitional arrangements from HSMP to Tier 1

I am confused which forms i should use for extending my application

& how much fees , do I need to pay for extending my Tier 1 Visa....for myself & my dependant wife. Should i pay 850 £ (General) or 500 £ (HSMP)
& For Dependant 250 £ (general ) or (Nill for HSMP dependant) ?

You are a Tier 1 (General) migrant.

The fees are increasing from 06-Apr-11, so use the form available on the website near to the time of application.

The form explains what fees must be paid.
