Hi,

My wife submitted appeal through DHL. It was signed for by someone at BHC in Chennai. Is there a point in emailing and chasing them for an answer ?

One of the reasons for refusal was "relationship not subsisting". Shall I write letters to them asking for response ?

Im the husband.

It can take upto 2 months to review your appeal. Only if this time has elapsed its worth contacting them,otherwise just wait a bit longer
