Indian passport re-issue - Latest time to join the queue

I will be thankful if someone could answer this.

I will be travelling to London tomorrow to apply for passport. Will it be OK if I join the queue by 11.00? Or is it possible that I may not get in before the counter closes at 12.00?

Will be most grateful to know.

All I can say is reach there as soon as possible. Tomorrow being a weekday the queues might be a bit shorter, but there will be queues and it can take you more than 1 hr to reach the counter outside the HCI.
