overstayr mother with british child

hi ever body

My friend is single mother. She is overstayed and have baby from a guy who have ILR on his passport. Guy is not supportive at all. Can she apply for visa on behalf of that British child? Child is 5 months old.

was the baby born in the UK?

Is the father on the child's birth certificate?

Are the couple married?

Does the mother have evidence that the father has ILR?

baby born in uk............................. yes
father's name on birth certifcate.......yes
are the couple married.................... no
she has passport copy of his ILR.......yes
