My student visa expires in August but I have just completed my studies as I just need to retake Terms 1 and 2. Does this mean I can work full time till my visa expires or will I have to go back to part time (20 hours) when it becomes official 'term time', even though I'm no longer actually attending?
(to clarify, I had a 3 year visa for a bachelors degrees but needed to retake two terms so got an extension last year, but they were generous and gave me 4 more months than I really needed)

You can work full time if you are not in term time. But remember you should not be filling a full time position for eg like a professional job or somthing.

When your term time resumes you should go back to 20hr
