County court judgement ccj

dear all,
i have got a ccj from an unknown source and problem is i did not receive any court notices on investigating i came to know that my ex-landlord issued it against me. Now do i have to declare this in my visa application? although i was totally unaware of what happened.

Yes. You need to mention the information about CCJ exactly as you know.
You may need to attach the photocopies of any documents you have received with CCJ.
