Gautat,

Sorry, if I missed something, but isnt the sheffield courier address the address of the payment handling service? I am not quite sure whether they will procss reciept of additional documents. It would be great if you could send the actual address on which you sent your additional documents. Further, did you quote your reference number whilst sending these docs? My CC has not yet been charged, leave alone any reference number being assigned.

regards

That depends which Sheffield address - the case workers have always been based in Sheffield and now the payment company are there too.

Update

Post by busybee_kl » Tue Jul 04, 2006 9:48 am

My application reached on the 1st of June as I posted earlier. I called today and they say the application has not yet been alloted to a case worker yet!

The home office are supposed to clear 50% of applications in 5 weeks, am not sure whether they actually do that seeing that 5 weeks have passed and it has not even been allocated to anyone let alone being cleared....50% of the applicants cannot be sending urgent request forms.

I requested for Urgent Treatment to my application on 6th July, since I have to go for urgent business trip to US and have to appear for VISA with all my original documents. Will call Home office tonight to confirm their acceptance regarding the same.

CC Has been charged

Post by purvil » Fri Jul 07, 2006 10:41 am

Hi All,

Finally, my CC has been charged on 5th July. I sent my docs on 12th June via speed post and they received it on 19th June. CC Charged on 5th July. Now I am waiting it to be assigned it to case worker.

I have a small question. 5 weeks processing time counts from the day payment was made or from the day they received the application?

Thanks for the quick reply.
I thought so that 5 weeks counts from the date of payment. Well they are really behind schedule so I hope they start processing it faster.

Hello all forum members,

Please give me advice in this situation.
A few days ago I received my HSMP refusal. They didn’t give me points for past earning because as they said not enough evidence.
As I know 2 form of evidence need for past earning. And the best one is tax return.
I live in a country which has tax system I pay taxes from my salary in, other words my employer pays my taxes and gives me my net salary. Unfortunately our tax system doesn’t allow individuals (like me) to get any documents like tax return and they don’t give any information about individual taxes. This is strange I know but what can I do? This is my government structure and I can not do anything.
Every month my salary is transformed on my bank account. I don’t have any wage slips.
I sent HSMP bank statement and letter from my employer in which is detailed my salary for past 12 month. But this is not enough for HSMP.
I don’t know what to do. I can’t get tax return, I do not have wage slips. Where is my mistake.
Please guys give me advice.

Thank you very much.
