Dear All.

I am currently on Tier 2 and have another job offer from tier2 registered employer with COS allocation.

Can you kindly advise if my employer to advertise for 28 days prior to issue me a COS please??

if the job, against which COS will be issued, require RLMT , then yes they need to do the test
