Hiya !

I was going through the new law coming up by 21st of april,if u dont inform the ukba abt ur college changes, they can limit my stay as a student etc..Here are what it says '''
296. If a student has told us about changing his/her Tier 4 sponsor, he/she can start the new
course before he/she gets permission from us, but he/she does so at his/her own risk as we
could refuse the permission. We will write to the student saying that we have received the
request to change Tier 4 sponsor.
297. Under the Immigration Rules, we may limit a student’s permission to stay as a student if
he/she changes his/her Tier 4 sponsor without getting our permission. I got my visa before 31st march and left my old college in May 2010 and enrolled in august but didnt inform the home office. I am worried. What is going to happen? Should i say i emailed them, but maybe i wrongly sent it etc...? Thx

First of all you should not seek advice on how to lie with UKBA. Its your responsibility to inform them, and if you send any email to a wrong id it must bounce back and if its goes through then it will save a copy on your sent item folder... its easy and simple, isn't it ?

If that's true (i.e. when you change courses, you were not on Tier 4, but on student status before Tier 4), then don't worry.
