criminality thereshold

hi

can you please advise on who submitted their settlement application before 6 April (28 days before eligible 10 years) will it be considered under the old rules? as Criminality thereshold do not apply to those who posted their application before 6th April? please advise. thanks.

If posted Before 6th April 2011 All ok means no criminality threshold.
