Have a query, my friend is in a pickle and needs some advice.he was removed from his post due to disciplinary action , working nearly 7 years with the company. he was a manager in a stock taking company.
He was on workpermit and due for ILR in feb 2011 since his dismissal verbally (no formal letter given yet) this month i know he has 60 days to apply for a new job but are there any laws in place so that he doesnt loose his current job? its a shame waiting for this long and loosing it. any advice welcome.
