Hi Members,

I had WP since 2006 and Tier 1 visa since July 2008. I will renew Tier 1 on June 2011. I am eligible to apply ILR in Jan 2012.
As per new ILR income cretiria(Tier 1 (General) migrants must now meet the same income criteria that applied when they last extended their permission to stay in the UK ), which income(July 2008 or June 2011) HO will taken into account when granting ILR to me.

Read the Tier 1 (General) settlement guide carefully.
