Tier 1 Visa extension Query (Payment)

Hi All,

My friend has got his Tier 1 General Visa last year in July 2010 and got 2 years visa. He got following queries

1) Can he apply for his visa extension this June 2011 (just 11 months after the previous application)
2) If yes, can he show April 2010, May 2010 and June 2010 payments in new application? These 3 months’ pay was included in previous Tier 1 application.
